The Basics
The Basics
Equine Chiropractic is more than aligning bones; it addresses the overall health of your horse. Chiropractic care is a drug free approach used to heal the spine and skeletal system. When the spine is misaligned it adversely affects nerve function which can negatively affect the function of organs and tissues supplied by that nerve. This can lead to a number of health issues in your horse. However, the good news is that Chiropractic care can correct the spinal alignment allowing nerves to function properly, allowing optimal health of your equine.
Since our animals are unable to communicate verbally with us we must rely on their body language and behavior changes. Subtle changes in their behavior may indicate a need for Chiropractic care, for example. The following list of signs and symptoms which may help you identify if Chiropractic care could help maximize the health and well being of your favorite equine.
